Rainbow Gin Fizz

Here is a recipe
for a refreshing and colourful cocktail that is perfect for celebrating LGBTQ+

Rainbow Gin Fizz
Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 cup ice
2-3 drops food colouring
in various colours
1 cup club soda
Lemon slices and
fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail
